With over 25 years of experience in the events industry, BellaLuca Experiences was born from a love of bringing people together and creating beautiful, memorable spaces. We combine experienced event planning with a genuine passion for styling, décor and florals, allowing us to look at your wedding as one complete experience rather than a collection of separate elements.
Our approach is personal and bespoke. We take the time to understand you — your story, your style, the atmosphere you want to create and the things that matter most to you — and then help bring that vision to life in a way that feels authentic and uniquely yours.
From intimate celebrations to larger weddings, we can assist with wedding planning and coordination, venue and supplier management, décor and styling, florals, furniture and infrastructure, timelines, setup and on-the-day management. You can choose the level of support you need, whether that’s help styling and transforming your venue or having us manage the many moving parts from planning through to the wedding day.

Yes. If you already have your venue and suppliers but need help bringing the overall look together, we offer wedding design, décor and styling services. We can help develop your concept, colour palette, tablescapes, décor, florals, candles, furniture and finishing touches before styling everything beautifully on the day.
Yes. Florals are an important part of the BellaLuca aesthetic. We can incorporate bridal bouquets, ceremony flowers, table arrangements and venue florals into your overall wedding design, creating a cohesive look rather than treating the flowers and décor as separate elements.
Yes. For couples who have planned their own wedding but want to relax and enjoy the day, we can step in to coordinate the final details, suppliers, setup and wedding-day timeline. This means you, your family and friends don't have to spend the day answering supplier questions or worrying about logistics.
We love intimate weddings and celebrations. Smaller guest numbers provide wonderful opportunities to focus on beautiful details and create a very personal guest experience. We can also assist with larger weddings and tailor our involvement according to the scale and requirements of your celebration.
For full wedding planning, we recommend getting in touch as early as possible, particularly for weddings during Cape Town's popular summer wedding season. However, we can often assist with shorter lead times for partial planning, styling, décor, florals or on-the-day coordination, depending on availability.
Yes. Venue sourcing can form part of our wedding planning service. Once we understand your guest numbers, style, location preferences and budget, we can help identify venues that suit the kind of wedding experience you want to create.
