Having had a nightmare experience in Australia, I was incredibly skeptical about the wedding dress industry as a whole. Despite my initial abruptness months prior, Kayleigh was able to gladly assist me and treated me with absolute kindness and professionalism My sister had tried on the dress two months prior, and I knew it was the one. When I met Kayleigh in person, she remembered exactly who my sister was and was so wonderfully kind—the kind of genuine care I hadn't experienced nearly enough elsewhere Kayleigh, you are an absolute superstar and your help meant the world to me—thank you for making this whole process so special! A huge thank you to Beatrice, the wonderful seamstress, for her flawless work and beautiful alterations. The turnaround time was sensational, and I was completely happy with my dress by the second and final fitting!
