I am Dewan Demmer, a Wedding photographer based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

I enjoy and love both traditional weddings and those weddings which are perhaps a little creative or different. It’s about the people - especially the couple at the centre of it all, bringing people together to celebrate this memorable day, filled with smiles, laughter, tears and hugs. I want to be there to photograph this day for you.

I would term my approach as journalistic, allowing space to really capture those special memories, especially those little moments that slip in between all the others. I am an upbeat and vibrant photographer ready to go wherever you are, whether it’s up a mountain or down the street, I would like to be there for you.
