I've always believed that some of life's most beautiful moments deserve something equally beautiful to sit at the centre of the table. And honestly, is there any celebration more special than a wedding?

Haddie's Patisserie was born from my love for baking, creativity and creating beautiful things that make people happy. There is something incredibly special to me about being trusted with a small part of someone's love story. Your wedding cake isn't just dessert—it's there during the photographs, the speeches, the laughter, the cutting of the cake and those little moments you'll remember years later.

That is why I put so much heart into every cake I create.

I'm not interested in simply copying and pasting the same cake for every bride. I love getting to know what makes your wedding yours. Maybe you've been collecting Pinterest photos for two years. Maybe you have absolutely no idea what you want yet (and that's completely okay too!). We'll sit down, talk about your vision, colours, flowers, dress, venue and all the little details that make your day special—and together, we'll create something beautiful.

But it has to taste good too!

Let's be honest: we've all seen the beautiful wedding cakes that look amazing in photos but end up being left untouched on the plate.

At Haddie's Patisserie, I refuse to believe you have to choose between a beautiful cake and a delicious one. I want your guests to admire your cake when they walk into the room and then go back for another slice after they've tasted it.

Every cake is freshly made and designed with both beauty and flavour in mind.

When you choose Haddie's Patisserie, you're not just sending an order and hoping for the best. I want the experience to feel personal, exciting and easy.

Depending on your wedding and chosen design, your experience can include:

♡ Cake tasting opportunities to help you find your favourite flavours
♡ A completely bespoke design created around your wedding
♡ Help choosing the right cake size for your guest count
♡ Beautiful flavours and fillings
♡ Delivery and setup at your venue where required
♡ Someone who genuinely cares about getting the details right

I'll also happily work with your wedding planner, coordinator or venue to make sure everything comes together smoothly.

A little note about booking

Because every wedding cake is individually designed and created with care, I recommend getting in touch as soon as you have your wedding date. Ideally, booking a few months in advance gives us enough time to plan all the beautiful details together—especially for larger or more detailed designs.

That said, if your wedding is coming up sooner, please don't be afraid to ask! If I have availability, I'll always try my best to make something work.
