Swirl Smashed & Rolled Ice Cream is a Johannesburg-based rolled ice cream brand offering both retail experiences and mobile event catering across Gauteng.
At our stores and pop-up locations, customers can enjoy freshly made rolled ice cream, bubble waffles, edible cookie dough and other Swirl favourites. Every ice cream is prepared live, with guests choosing from a wide variety of sweets, biscuits, chocolates, spreads, fruit and other mix-ins to create their own flavour combination.
Swirl also provides a full mobile rolled ice cream catering service for corporate functions, weddings, birthdays, private celebrations, schools, markets, festivals and public events. Our team brings the equipment, ingredients and experienced staff required to serve guests directly at the venue.

Swirl Ice Cream was such a highlight of our wedding night! It was an absolute treat having them there, and our guests loved every minute of it. Today, I was served by Msizi, who was very welcoming and professional. He took our order and complimented our choices. Then, the ice cream was prepared. During this time, we took a seat and our desserts were brought over to us. I highly recommend treating yourself here at Swirl, Smashed and Rolled Ice Cream. This is my second time in South Africa, and the first time I tasted Swirl ice cream was during New Year's Eve, at Melrose Arch outside, which we enjoyed. Hence why we've come back.
