We love this great idea of creating unique table numbers from the pages of a book. You simply stencil the lettering on the desired page, use a hobby knife to cut around the outline, making sure to leave the bottom of the letter intact, fold the letters back so that they stand up on their own, cut through a number of pages for better reinforcement.
