The Victorian Conservatory is a romantic boutique venue tucked away in the heart of Walmer, Gqeberha – created for couples who dream of celebrating their wedding in a beautiful, intimate and truly personal setting.
At the heart of the venue is our charming Victorian-style Conservatory, surrounded by a private garden with beautiful corners for ceremonies, photographs and quiet moments together. Its stained-glass details, elegant architecture and timeless character create a wonderful backdrop for intimate weddings, elopements and micro weddings.
Rather than hosting large traditional weddings, we specialise in smaller celebrations where atmosphere, individuality and attention to detail matter. The venue is particularly suited to intimate ceremonies and celebrations of up to approximately 20 guests, depending on the style and setup of your day.
Our adjoining Victorian Garden Cottage, with its kitchen and bathroom facilities, can also form part of your wedding experience and provides a practical and comfortable space for preparations.
Every celebration is different, which is why we prefer to discuss each wedding personally with our couples. Whether you are planning a romantic elopement for two, an intimate ceremony with your closest family and friends, or a beautifully styled micro wedding, we would love to help you create something that feels entirely your own.
